Australian-owned and operated window manufacturing since 1993
What started as a two-person operation in a rented shed has grown into one of Victoria's most respected window manufacturing businesses. Our founder, Robert Ashworth, brought decades of glazing experience from the UK and saw an opportunity to improve standards in Australian residential construction.
Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, we invested heavily in automated manufacturing equipment, allowing us to scale production while maintaining the precision that our customers expected. Today, our facility processes over 800 window units weekly.
The business remains family-owned, with the second generation now leading operations and maintaining the values that built our reputation: quality materials, honest pricing, and standing behind every product we make.
Our 4,500 square metre facility in Dandenong South houses state-of-the-art equipment for every stage of window production.
Computer-controlled cutting ensures sub-millimetre accuracy on every aluminium and timber profile.
Double-glazed units are assembled on-site, allowing us to offer low-E coatings, argon fill, and custom tints.
Every batch undergoes water penetration and air infiltration testing to AS/NZS 4284 standards.
We source materials from established suppliers and refuse to cut corners on hardware or seals. A window that fails prematurely costs everyone more in the long run.
We provide realistic timelines and transparent pricing. If a project requirement changes our costs, you will know before we proceed.
Our energy-efficient products reduce heating and cooling loads. We also recycle over 95% of our aluminium offcuts through a closed-loop program.
Our steady expansion reflects the trust Australian builders and homeowners place in our products.
Whether you are a homeowner planning a renovation or a builder seeking a reliable supply partner, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your requirements.
